C’nola provides gluten free food to individuals and businesses

3. Accept those conditions

The signature of a quotation and / or the payment of an invoice entails the acceptance of the conditions.

4. Products

Products are described online and can change at anytime.

5.Services

C’nola can add services at anytime.

6. Deliveries

C’nola products can be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri. C’nola can’t be responsible for any loss or damage on the parcel. Deliveries are only in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).

7. Methods of execution

- Internet connection is essential to order online.

- Client commitment: give the right payment and delivery information.

8. Price

Prices for C’nola’s products are subject to change without notice. The prices are identified online.

The VAT is not applicable.

11. Payment

The online payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice or online via Stripe (for any information, contact the company www.stripe.com).

After online payment, a receipt is sent by Stripe.

12. Returns policy

C’nola can’t accept return.

Sales items can’t be returned.

13. Reviews

A client who sends a review to C’nola is aware that C’nola can use it.
The review can be deleted if it’s violated any right of the English and Welsh laws.

14. Disputes

The Terms and Conditions as well as all issues regarding this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes shall be determined exclusively by the English Courts.

15. Intellectual and industrial property

All documents and contents are reserved under intellectual property and copyright. Reproduction, exploitation, diffusion or partial or total use of the elements is prohibited without the authorization of Laurence Popoff (C’nola’s owner).

16. Personal data

The data collected is intended for the exclusive use of, it is necessary for the processing and management of the client's orders as well as for the commercial relations between C’nola and the client. The data can be changed in the client account on mailchimp.

The Client has a right of access, interrogation, opposition, rectification and delating for any information concerning her/him by writing an mail or email and by justifying her/his identity at hello@laury-popoff.com or by mail to C’nola, 53, SO15 5BE.

It’s better to test the product in a small part of your body in case of allergy before using it on all your body/hair.
